The Elia Lesvos ConFest 2024 celebrated olive oil in a number of spheres, including health, gastronomy, and sustainable tourism. The event, which took place from May 23 to 26, brought together olive producers, agronomists, environmentalists, nutritionists, chefs, and tourism professionals.
